By using KineticForm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

App Purpose and Limitations

KineticForm is a general fitness and wellness tool designed to help you:

  • Log and track your workout sessions
  • Receive ML-generated feedback on exercise form
  • Monitor your fitness progress over time
  • Get personalized workout suggestions

Not Medical Advice

This app is NOT a medical device, physical therapy tool, or substitute for professional healthcare. The app does not diagnose injuries, assess medical conditions, or recommend treatment.

Exercise Risk Acknowledgment

By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury
  • You are responsible for assessing your own fitness level
  • You should consult a physician before starting any exercise program
  • You will stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
  • The app's form feedback is informational and may not detect all safety concerns

Your Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for any injuries or health issues that may result from using this app or following its suggestions. Exercise at your own risk.

ML Form Analysis Disclaimer

The ML-powered form analysis feature:

  • Uses computer vision to analyze body movements
  • Provides feedback based on general exercise guidelines
  • May not be accurate in all lighting conditions or camera angles
  • Cannot replace qualified personal training or physical therapy
  • May not detect all form errors or safety issues

Always prioritize how your body feels over the app's suggestions.

User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself
  • Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app
  • Not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of KineticForm — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by IO22 Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

Warranty Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that form analysis will be accurate.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
