General

KineticForm is a workout tracking app with ML-powered form analysis. It uses your iPhone camera to analyze your exercise technique in real time and provides coaching cues to help you train safer and more effectively.

KineticForm requires iOS 17 or later. The Apple Watch companion app requires watchOS 10 or later.

KineticForm offers a free tier with basic workout tracking. KineticForm Pro unlocks all features including ML form analysis, advanced analytics, and more.

ML Form Analysis

KineticForm uses Apple's Vision framework to detect 17 body keypoints through your camera. It calculates joint angles and compares them against optimal ranges for each exercise, providing real-time feedback. All processing happens on your device.

No. Video frames are processed in real time and discarded immediately. No video data is uploaded to any server. You can optionally save form analysis sessions locally, which you can delete at any time.

Form analysis works best with compound movements like squats, bench press, deadlifts, and overhead press. Support for more exercises is being added continuously.

Place your camera 6-10 feet away so your full body is visible. Good lighting improves accuracy. A phone tripod or propped position works well.

Privacy & Data

All data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, data is synced through Apple's encrypted iCloud service.

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data to remove all your data. Individual workouts can also be deleted from History.

No. We never sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

HealthKit

With your permission, KineticForm reads heart rate, HRV, sleep, and activity data to provide recovery insights. It writes completed workouts to Apple Health to keep your fitness data in sync.

Yes. HealthKit integration is optional. The app is fully functional without it.

Account & Subscription

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find KineticForm and tap Cancel Subscription.

Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data in the app. This permanently removes all your data.
